Smoking and the organization of parties or events are not allowed.
Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is before 10:00.
More information
1) Check-in (arrival time) must be done after 15.00 and until 18.00, but if you plan to delay or need to change the arrival time, please notify in advance the direction of the B & B.
2) Upon arrival you will be given a set of keys to access the Bed and Breakfast and your room at any time and in complete independence. During the night it is recommended the utmost respect for other guests while you make the exit and return to the Bed and Breakfast.
3) Our fundamental rule is to leave the maximum freedom to our guests without invading their privacy. Unfortunately, we also have the technical time to respect to perform the cleaning of the apartment, which takes place regularly every two days between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.
During this time we kindly ask you to leave the apartment free, grouping your personal belongings in such a way as to allow the staff to freely carry out the cleaning.
If you prefer to stay inside the apartment you must notify in advance to the direction of the B & B.
4) For those who can not resist the call of water, the villa has a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a solarium area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The swimming pool can be used only in summer.
The use of the pool is completely free and shared with other guests and owners of the B & B.
We also inform you that during the summer period there are also water aerobics courses lasting up to 2 hours (2 daily lessons of one hour each, twice a week) and our guests can participate free of charge upon notice to the management of the B & B.
5) The fully equipped kitchen, which is located within the independent area used as a B & B, is free and shared with all other guests.
It is complete with crockery and appliances (fridge, hob, normal oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher).
After the use of the kitchen is mandatory to wash any tableware or appliance used, so as to allow the use of other guests.
6) On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10.00 am, to allow the staff to clean the rooms for subsequent guests.
7) We are not responsible for any objects left unattended in or out of the rooms.
8) It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment; both in the rooms and in the internal rooms for common use. It is possible to smoke outside the apartment respecting the quietness of life with other guests.

9) The language spoken inside the Bed and Breakfast is ITALIAN.
10) The cost of the room does not include the tax of stay, which has a daily cost of Euro 0.50 per person.
For stays longer than 5 consecutive days in the same month, the maximum cost to be paid is € 2.50 per person.
This fee must be paid in CASH at the time of check-in.
