The bathroom

The room has a private bathroom with whirlpool, heated by an independent centralized system and equipped with all necessary services. The change of all towels is made regularly every 2 days, unless special requests from guests.

The kitchen

In the apartment there is a kitchen for common use and free, and equipped with all necessary accessories.

The pool

The use of the swimming pool is completely free for our guests, who can also use free of charge sun beds and umbrellas arranged by the pool. The swimming pool can be used only in summer.

The garden

The villa is completely surrounded by a private garden, where there are many varieties of plants and flowers that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, under the porch, you can spend quiet moments, sitting to read a good book, chat with friends or just sit back and relax.

In front of the structure is available a free parking for our guests.

Guests access

The villa is divided into two areas with independent entrances:
a private area for the owners of the villa and an area used as a B&B in common with the other guests.
The other areas of the villa (garden, swimming pool, gazebo, terrace and porch) are for shared use with all other guests and owners of the villa.
